If you have been struggling with weight loss and would like to reach your goals, then hypnosis can provide all help you need to move in the direction of your goals, and help you to avoid many food traps that get in the way of your weight loss. Hypnosis is the perfect tool for re-programming and re-educating your subconscious mind – the part, which can be compared to a computer or a memory bank. All your emotions, habits, core beliefs are stored in the subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind operates just like a computer only on its programming, which has been created by being based on your own life experiences. Through hypnosis you will be able to learn how to lose weight by reprogramming your subconscious mind for positive changes you desire.

Five appointments, each consisting of a 1 to 1 ½ hour session
Each session is individual so that you receive personalized attention
Session 1: Together we will formulate a program that will comfortably fit into your life style. On the first session, I will create hypnosis suggestions especially designed to reinforce your healthy weight loss goals. A hypnosis CD is included for home use.
Session 2: You will learn a quick and easy process for self-hypnosis and stress management. Hypnosis will be formulated to address your weight and shape management goals and a new CD is given for home reinforcement
Session 3-5: Hypnosis techniques are designed to help you address the causes of the excess weight and re-frame them so that you can see them from a better, more objective point of view. In most cases people are not consciously aware of the reasons for their negative eating and/or exercise habits. Through hypnosis we can look at this from a higher perspective and release the old patterns and replace them with healthy, more productive ways of being. Each session builds on the previous one and is an opportunity to assess and update your personalized program.
